Woodland 6:30 p.m. Lounge Clubroom ORDER OF BUSINESS -- Call to Order -- Approval of Agenda -- Approval of Minutes for June 19, July 1 and 17, 2013 PUBLIC AGENDA This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for citizens to present issues that are not part of the regular agenda for the meeting. There is a five (5) minute time limit for each speaker. 1. Scheduled items: Delano United member to present on the Delano Plan 2. Off-agenda items: None at this time *****Recommended Action: Provide comments/take appropriate action. STAFF PRESENTATIONS 3. Community Police Report Community Police Officers will give brief reports on District VI issues, problems and events. *****Recommended Action: Receive and file 4. Fire Department Report Fire Officers will give a brief report on District VI events. *****Recommended Action: Receive and file NEW BUSINESS 5. CON2013-00014 This is an amendment of the oil and gas well district map; approval of a special permit for the drilling of an oil or gas well and approval of a Conditional Use to permit the drilling of an oil or gas well. 650 feet north of West Douglas Avenue, between North Sycamore and North McLean Boulevard (200 N. Sycamore). Staff will be available to present the case background and answer questions. *****Recommended Action: Based upon the information available at the time the staff report was written, staff recommends the Conditional use for an oil and gas well be Approved contingently with the contingencies listed in the staff report that must be satisfied prior to final approval and subject to the conditions listed in the staff report. Problem Properties DAB Members are given the opportunity to identify and report problem properties throughout District VI. *****Recommended Action: Receive and propose appropriate action. 7. Neighborhood Reports DAB Members may report events/activities from the neighborhood/homeowners groups in their areas. *****Recommended Action: Receive and file.
