This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for citizens to present issues that are not part of the regular

STAFF PRESENTATIONS
3. Community Police Report
Community Police Officers will give brief reports on District VI issues, problems and events.

Fire Officers will give a brief report on District VI events.

5. Park Department Report
Park Staff will give a brief report on events taking place at Evergreen and Orchard Recreation Centers.

NEW BUSINESS
6. Old Lawrence Road Bridge
The 2011-2020 Adopted Capital Improvement Program includes funding for reconstruction of a bridge on Old
Lawrence Road, north of I-235/K-96. Staff will be present to explain the process for the reconstruction and
answer questions.
*****Recommended Action: Approve the concept design agreement.

7. Street Closures for Runs
Staff will present the solutions to improve runs and their street closures, so that communities and events can
coexist in a more advantageous manner.
*****Recommended Action: Information, discussion and provide input on street closures created by runs.
BOARD AGENDA
8. Problem Properties
DAB Members are given the opportunity to identify and report problem properties throughout District VI.
*****Recommended Action: Receive and propose appropriate action.
9. Neighborhood Reports
DAB Members may report events/activities from the neighborhood/homeowners groups in their areas.
