OLD BUSINESS ZONING 3. CON2013-00034 City Conditional Use request to permit a detached accessory apartment in SF-5 Single-Family Residential zoning, generally located west of North High Street and north of West 11th Street North (1201 N. High) Staff will present the case history and answer questions. *****Recommended Action: Based upon information available prior to the public hearings, planning staff recommends that the request be APPROVED based on the conditions listed in the staff report. BOARD AGENDA 4. Problem Properties DAB Members are given the opportunity to identify and report problem properties throughout District VI. *****Recommended Action: Receive and propose appropriate action. 5. Neighborhood Reports DAB Members may report events/activities from the neighborhood/homeowners groups in their areas. *****Recommended Action: Receive and file.
