Woodland 6:30 p.m. Lounge Clubroom ORDER OF BUSINESS -- Call to Order -- Approval of Agenda -- Approval of Minutes for December 2 and 18, 2013 PUBLIC AGENDA This portion of the agenda provides an opportunity for citizens to present issues that are not part of the regular agenda for the meeting. There is a five (5) minute time limit for each speaker. 1. Scheduled items: None at this time 2. Off-agenda items: None at this time *****Recommended Action: Provide comments/take appropriate action. STAFF PRESENTATIONS 3. Community Police Report Community Police Officers will give brief reports on District VI issues, problems and events. *****Recommended Action: Receive and file 4. Fire Department Report Fire Officers will give a brief report on District VI events. *****Recommended Action: Receive and file NEW BUSINESS ZONING 5. ZON2013-00038 and CON2013-00036 Dale Miller City zone change from LI Limited Industrial to CBD Central Business District, generally located at the northeast corner of W. Douglas Avenue and N. Handley Street. Planning staff will present the case and answer questions. *****Recommended Action: it is recommended the requested zone change to CBD, subject to the D-O Delano Neighborhood District be approved and the conditional use for a “nightclub in the city” be approved, subject to the three listed conditions: BOARD AGENDA 7. Problem Properties DAB Members are given the opportunity to identify and report problem properties throughout District VI. *****Recommended Action: Receive and propose appropriate action.  Agenda 2 January 6, 2014 8. Neighborhood Reports DAB Members may report events/activities from the neighborhood/homeowners groups in their areas. *****Recommended Action: Receive and file.
