Agent for the Applicant – If the property is ever sold it will have to be replatted. DAB Member – With the property being listed as LC does that allow something like a recycling center or other neighbor disturbing use in the area? Agent for the Applicant – A lot of those types of uses would be negated due to the lots limited size. DAB Member - The proximity to a church and residential neighborhood would also limit the uses. Applicant – I just want to improve the property into something better than it si. I grew up in that neighborhood and am close to the people in the area so I don’t have any intentions of introducing anything negative in the area. Snyder/ Matney motioned to approve the request.
