Call to Order Julie Shaffer called the meeting to order at 12:05 PM. II. Review of Current Month Budget Report a. Large bill from Yes & can’t be paid because need to pull from reserves and city council has to approve it. Budget may not look right. b. Making more in the gift shop. c. Haven’t gotten art work so can’t pay for wrap yet. d. Will have a big printing bill soon. e. Overall will be close to on budget. III. Next Fiscal Year Budget Discussion a. Still waiting to hear about final county contribution. Either 200K or 300K additional. May stick it in marketing and professional services for now until we can budget. b. Winchester City went down 86K. c. The county will be the fiscal agent starting in September so there’s a lot that needs to be done before then. IV.
