Announcements (Colin Ake) The Spring Sip and Shop takes place on Thursday, March 21st from 5:00 - 9:00 pm in downtown Woodstock. Tickets are $10 per person, and they are available at the Woodstock Visitors Center. More information about the event is online at visitwoodstockga.gov. Discovering Pickleball for Kids takes place on Sunday, March 24th at 2:00 pm at the Dupree Park pickleball courts. The event costs $10 and is open to kids ages 8 to 17. Register at woodstockparksandrec.com. ITEM 5. PRESENTATION ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION 1. Presentation on Compliance Engine Software Product by Brycer (Bobby Stilson) Presentation to Council on the third party code compliance software by Brycer that will be used in the Fire Department's Community Risk Reduction Division. 2. Presentation on Accessory Dwelling Unit Zone Text Amendment (Cameron Dunn) Presentation to Council on a Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) to both clarify existing development standards and create new ones for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) within the City of Woodstock.
