City Officials Present: Clare Robbins Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm Pledge of Alliance was said. First Business Item: Approx 8,000 applications for vote-by-mail received. Approx 1000 ballots have been returned to date. Ballots may be dropped at dropboxes (fire stations or City Hall). Early voting to take place the week before at Worcester Public Library – Monday – Friday – with Tues and Thursday hours open until 7 pm. Deadline for ballots is Sept 2nd at 8 pm. Poll worker training on track. Second Business Item: November 4th Municipal elections will be addressed after preliminary elections. Procedure will be similar Third Business Item: Voter information for Nov 4th informational postcard approved by Election Commission.
