1. Call to order, introductions, instructions for public participation and reading of the HRC traditional opening
which includes the mission, associated terms and acknowledgement of the Nipmuc/First People of Worcester:

2. Commission Business (Approximately 6:05-8:00PM)
a. Approval of the June 2025 meeting minutes
b. Statement by Chair RE: Future direction of the HRC (WPD, Immigration/Community, Mental Health,
Housing and Homelessness)
c. Introduce new HRC member-Final seat on the HRC has been filled
d. Discussion of June 2025 WPD presentation regarding HRC Annual questions (610pm-630pm)
e. Ongoing discussion of external complaint process-specifically review of revised complaint form(630pm-
645pm)
f. Discuss HRC request to conduct remote community meetings over 3 months-first topic likely
immigration/immigrant rights (645pm-700pm)
g. Ongoing discussion of the Cultural Flag Policy/Program(715pm-730pm)
h. Chair to assign review of WPD policies (Specialized Unit and K-9 Unit) (730pm-745pm)
i. Recognition of July as Disability Pride Month (Comm. Bilotta resolution) (745pm-800pm)
