This documentary is Directed by Sareen Hairabedian and follows the story of an 11- year-old boy in Nagorno-Karabakh, a historically Armenian region in the South Caucasus that has faced decades of conflict and displacement. The film portrays the profound human impact of war, loss, and resilience. A discussion will follow with Sarah Stites (Fund for Armenian Relief) and Dr. Elyse Semerdjian (Strassler Center). 3. Guest Speaker Attorney Alex Mooradian, of Worcester (Approx. 40 mins.) Topic: Discussion on the basics of immigration relief and relief from deportation (asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, U/T/survivor benefits, deferred action and hardship as a general matter) along with some info about immigration enforcement and recent updates. Presentation in Spanish and English. 4. Guest Speaker Vice Chair & Attorney Randy Feldman of Worcester. (Approx. 40 mins.) Topics: a. The Massachusetts Attorney General's Guidance, Know Your Rights Guide to Families. b. Attorney Feldman’s presentation of the same topic above. c. An overview of the Trump Administration's changes to immigration laws, practices, and procedures which affect immigrants in Worcester. 5. Adjournment 3
