Petition of Johanna L. Hampton-Dance request City Council petition the State legislature for a special act to amend the City of Worcester Charter to allow recall elections in municipal elections. Said petition should include the following: Any holder of an office elected solely by the voters of the city herein provided, for reason of lack of fitness, incompetence, neglect of duties, corruption, malfeasance, misfeasance or violation of oath.
