Notifying the Board of a letter from the Executive Office of Economic Development (EOED) awarding the Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) the FY26 MassWorks Grant Award for Lakeside Redevelopment Phase 3. 3. FINANCE a. Financial Statements through August 31, 2025. b. Approval Request: For the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to execute the Certificate of Authority on behalf of the WHA. 4. ADMINISTRATION a.
