Notifying the Board of a letter sent from MassNAHRO informing the Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) that Trinity Financial has been selected as MassNAHRO’s 2025 Development Partner of the Year for the Curtis Apartments Redevelopment project. b. Notifying the Board of a letter from the Executive Office of Economic Development (EOED) awarding the Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) the FY26 MassWorks Grant Award for Lakeside Redevelopment Phase 3. 3. FINANCE a. Financial Statements through August 31, 2025. b. Approval Request: For the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to execute the Certificate of Authority on behalf of the WHA. 4. ADMINISTRATION a. Approval Request: For the final payment and closeout documentation for Diversified Construction Services, LLC, relative to the Fire Suppression Upgrades project at MA 12-18 Elm Park Tower. g. Approval Request: For Change Order No. 7 to our contract with Stutman Contracting, Inc. for the 2021-348147 Fire Alarm Replacement Rebid at Multiple Sites. h.
