The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- New, Herndon, López, Ortega Nay: 0 Absent: 2- Gilmore, Brooks 19-0001 Amends a contract with AEG Live-Rocky Mountains, LLC., by adding $3,400,000 for a new total of $12,300,000 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-19 to promote and book live concerts and events at the Denver Coliseum and Red Rocks Amphitheatre (THTRS-201313532-05).
