The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- New, Gilmore, López, Ortega Nay: 0 Absent: 2- Brooks, Herndon 19-0012 Amends a contract with Aramark Management Services Limited Partnership by reducing the performance bond amount to $100,000, specifying that the tiers for the changes in markup rates shall be applied on an annual basis, and establishing the minority and woman-owned business enterprise requirements for facility and janitorial services in various city venues, including the Denver Performing Arts Complex, the Denver Coliseum, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. No change to contract amount or duration (THTRS-201736911-01).
