A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember Ortega, that Council Resolution 20-0825 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Sawyer, Herndon, Hinds, Ortega, Flynn, Gilmore, Clark Nay: 0 Consent Items 20-0856 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Denver Housing Authority by adding seven months for a new end date of 3-31-21 to support the development and construction of GROW Market, providing grocery accessibility and workforce training and development located at 2800 West 10th Avenue in Council District 3. No change to agreement amount (OEDEV-201843292-00; OEDEV-202055397).
