Council Resolution 20-0887 was approved for filing 20-0889 Authorizes the Manager of Finance, Chief Financial Officer to issue City and County of Denver, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, Airport Senior Revenue Bonds, Series 2020A-C in an amount not to exceed $1.225 billion for the purpose of refunding and restructuring of airport bonds, paying for swap termination costs and paying costs of issuance expenses. Council Bill 20-0889 was approved for filing 20-0890 Authorizes the Manager of Finance, Chief Financial Officer to issue City and County of Denver, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, Airport Subordinate Revenue Bonds, Series 2020D in an amount not to exceed $750 million for the purpose of refunding and restructuring of airport bonds and paying costs of issuance expenses. Council Resolution 20-0858 was approved by consent 20-0891 Amends a loan agreement with 48th and Race LLC, managed by the Urban Land Conservancy, by adding five years, allowing for an extension of time for job creation, foregoing immediate repayments in the event of a ground lease, and allowing for a partial release of collateral in the event of a ground lease, for the acquisition of property at 48th and Race for affordable housing in Council District 9.
