Consent Items Below are items that were approved on the Committee's consent agenda today. 17-0691 Appropriates $150 million to Denver International Airport’s Capital Fund in order to utilize its excess cash reserves to support the completion of near-term capital projects instead of issuing debt to fund such projects at Denver International Airport. Council Bill 17-0691 was approved by consent. 17-0735 Establishes the Firefighter Heart Benefit Program Special Revenue Fund for firefighters who sustain certain identified heart and circulatory malfunctions within 48 hours of a defined work event pursuant to Colorado Senate Bill 14-172. Council Bill 17-0735 was approved for filing. 17-0749 Approves a temporary crane license agreement with South Broadway Station Apartments, LLC for $26,773.60 and for seven months for temporary aerial use over City land as part of the construction of a mixed-use multi-family project, garage, and related facilities and amenities on land adjacent to City-owned land located at 1134 South Broadway in Council District 7 (FINAN-201734991-00). Note: the governance structure was discussed in Land Use, Transportation & Infrastructure Committee on 6-27-17. 17-0754 Adds $530,000 to a contract with Lasater & Martin PC, for a new total amount of $1 million for legal services including conflict counsel cases, overflow and other legal matters and services related to the National Western Center project in Council District 9 (201417702-02).
