Minutes Finance & Governance Committee Committee Members: Flynn, Chair; Clark, Vice-Chair; Black; Susman; Kneich; López Committee Staff: Shelley Smith Tuesday, November 28, 2017, 1:30 PM City & County Building, Room 391 Attendance Present: 7- Flynn, Clark, Black, Susman, Kniech, López, Brooks Presentations 17-1369 Briefing: Proclamation to reauthorize Great Outdoors Colorado Consent Items 17-1327 Amends a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Office for Victim Programs, by adding $254,258 for a new total amount of $508,516 to support the citywide Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault programs to protect victims’ safety and quality of life and improve the criminal justice system’s ability to hold offenders appropriately accountable (DATTY 201631397-01). Council Bill 17-1327 was approved by consent. 17-1336 Approves a contract with Envirotech Services, Inc. for one year with four possible annual renewals and for $25 million for liquid and granular deicing materials to support citywide deicing efforts to maintain safe streets (SC-00002506). Council Resolution 17-1336 was approved by consent. 17-1340 Amends the Classification and Pay Plan by revising the Community Rate and Training & Intern pay schedules to coincide with the state increase in minimum wage, abolishes certain pay grades, and adjusts the pay grades for certain classifications.
