18-0143 Abolishes certain vacant or obsolete classifications from the City
classification and pay plan.
Council Bill 18-0143 was approved by consent.
18-0144 Adds Application Support Administrator Associate at pay grade A-809
and Application Support Administrator Senior at pay grade A-811 to the
Classification and Pay.
Council Bill 18-0144 was approved by consent.
18-0151 Establishes two interest-bearing capital special revenue funds, Fund
38424 and Fund 38425, for depositing revenues from Gateway Area

Fifteen (15) minutes of public comment on proposed
18-0156. Two minutes per speaker and equal opportunity
for opposing perspectives as determined by the
Committee Chair. Individuals wishing to speak must sign
up in the Council Conference room (3rd Floor City &
County Building, Rm. 391) beginning at 1:00 pm, 30
minutes prior to the Committee’s scheduled start time of
1:30 pm. Sign up ends at 1:15 pm. The order of speakers
will be determined by the Committee Chair. c) Action on

Consent Items
Below are three items that are on the Committee's consent agenda today.
Routine, non-controversial ordinance requests that do not involve substantive
policy changes are placed on Committee agendas as consent items with the
approval of Committee chairs. Council members receive advance notice of
consent items and may request that an item be scheduled for Committee
discussion instead. If no Council member does so by the Committee's normal
convening time, the requests will be considered approved by the Committee and
eligible for filing.
