A motion offered by Councilmember Black, duly seconded by Councilmember López, that Council Bill 18-0797 be approved for filing carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Clark, Black, Susman, Kniech, López Nay: 0 18-0812 Adopts proposed Council policies regarding promoting a respectful and nonviolent workplace. A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember López, that Council Resolution 18-0812 be approved for filing. Council Resolution 18-0792 was approved by consent. 18-0799 Declares the intent of the City to use its best efforts to issue housing revenue bonds or mortgage credit certificates to provide financing of residential facilities for low- and middle-income families or persons; prescribing certain terms and conditions of such bonds and certificates; and containing other provisions relating to the proposed issuance of such bonds and certificates.
