Minutes Finance & Governance Committee Committee Members: Flynn, Chair; Clark, Vice-Chair; Black; Susman; Kneich; López Committee Staff: Shelley Smith Tuesday, July 24, 2018, 1:30 PM City & County Building, Room 391 Rollcall Present: 7- Flynn, Clark, Black, Susman, Kniech, López, Kashmann Action Items 18-0797 Approves six (6) separate Service Plans for the formation and establishment of six (6) Title 32 districts: The River Mile Metropolitan District No. 1; The River Mile Metropolitan District No. 2; The River Mile Metropolitan District No. 3; The River Mile Metropolitan District No. 4; The River Mile Metropolitan District No. 5; The River Mile Platte Valley Metropolitan District, in Council District 9. A motion offered by Councilmember Black, duly seconded by Councilmember López, that Council Bill 18-0797 be approved for filing carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Clark, Black, Susman, Kniech, López Nay: 0 18-0812 Adopts proposed Council policies regarding promoting a respectful and nonviolent workplace. A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember López, that Council Resolution 18-0812 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Flynn, Clark, Black, Susman, Kniech, López Nay: 0 18-0813 Adopts a Council Rule regarding censure of its membership by the body. Council Resolution 18-0792 was approved by consent. 18-0799 Declares the intent of the City to use its best efforts to issue housing revenue bonds or mortgage credit certificates to provide financing of residential facilities for low- and middle-income families or persons; prescribing certain terms and conditions of such bonds and certificates; and containing other provisions relating to the proposed issuance of such bonds and certificates.
