Council Resolution 20-0083 was approved by consent 20-0092 Approves a purchase and sale agreement with Rental Madness, LLC for $784,588 for the City to acquire 28,021 square feet of vacant land in support of the Wastewater Lakewood Gulch project which is a partnership between the City and County of Denver and the Mile High Flood District, to include improvements to Lakewood Gulch to reduce the extent of the 100-year floodplain, extend the existing multi-use recreation trail and improve public safety, located at 5090 West 8th Avenue in Council District 3 (TBD). Council Resolution 20-0092 was approved by consent 20-0100 Revives and amends an agreement with Mile High Montessori Early Learning Centers by adding $60 for a new total of $70 and five and half years for a new end date of 12-31-24 for the operation of the Westwood Early Learning Center to provide direct Head Start services located at 980 South Lowell Boulevard in Council District 3 (FINAN-201951770-02).
