A motion offered by Councilmember New, duly seconded by Councilmember Kashmann, that Bill 17-0362 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Susman, New, Clark, Espinoza, Herndon, Kashmann, Brooks Nay: 0 17-0366 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at 3505-3507 West 3rd Avenue and 332 Lowell Boulevard, from E-SU-Dx to CMP-EI2, in Council District 3. Kutler to encroach into the right-of-way with a new ADA ramp, existing stairs and a loading dock at 2590 Walnut Street in Council District 9. This Resolution 17-0376 was approved by consent. 17-0378 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as public alley, located at the intersection of East Evans Avenue and South Lafayette Street in Council District 6. This Resolution 17-0378 was approved by consent. 17-0379 Approves an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for $1,050,000 and until three years after final payment to partially fund the final design and construction of drainage and flood control improvements for the Glenbrook Detention Basin in Council District 2 (201733803). This Bill 17-0379 was approved by consent. 17-0381 Approves a license agreement to allow the Magellan Pipeline Company to construct and operate pipeline facilities in City-owned land in Stapleton north of 56th Avenue. This Resolution 17-0381 was approved by consent. 17-0383 Amends a grant agreement with the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) by adding $6,172,369 for a new total of $6,172,370 for partial funding for flood mitigation and infrastructure improvements of Sanderson Gulch from South Lipan Street and extending southeast to the confluence of the South Platte River in Council District 7.
