17-1421 Approves an official map amendment to rezone land at 1420 38th Street
from R-MU-30 with waivers to C-MX-8, in Council District 9.
A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember
Herndon, that Council Bill 17-1421 be approved for filing. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Clark, Flynn, Herndon, New

17-1394 Amends a contract with URS/AECOM to add a completion date of
10-30-19 and to narrow the scope of work to focus on the environmental
and design engineering of the 56th Avenue and Peña Boulevard
Interchange operational and safety improvements in Council District 11.
No change to contract amount (PWADM-20120538).
Council Resolution 17-1394 was approved by consent.
17-1406 Approves a subdivision plat for Stapleton Filing No. 53 located between
26th Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at Havana Way in
Council District 8.

at 59th Avenue and Argonne Street in Council District 11.
Council Resolution 17-1407 was approved by consent.
17-1408 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as East 8th Avenue, East
11th Avenue and North Colorado Boulevard, located at the intersections of
East 8th Avenue and Colorado Blvd, and East 11th Avenue and Colorado
Blvd in Council District 5.
