A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 18-0170 be approved for filing. O’Neil Construction Co. for $1,030,36 and for six months to replace the roof of the building located at 4330 East 48th Avenue in Council District 8 (201737536). Council Resolution 18-0203 was approved for filing. 18-0210 Vacates a portion of the alleyway bounded by North Eliot Street, North Decatur Street, West 36th Avenue, and West 37th Avenue, without reservations, in Council District 1. Council Bill 18-0210 was approved for filing. 18-0213 Dedicates a parcel of land public as right-of-way as public alley located at the alley bounded by West 17th Avenue, North Hooker Street, West 18th Avenue, and North Grove Street in Council District 3. Council Resolution 18-0213 was approved by consent. 18-0214 Amends a contract with Bryan Construction, Inc. by adding $5,182,496 for a new total of $8,228,427 for the completion of the Denver County Jail Building 24 levels 6 and 7 Project to improve the living conditions and programmatic opportunities for women offenders, as well as the working conditions for the staff assigned to their safety, security, care and custody, located at 10500 Smith Road in Council District 8.
