A motion offered by Councilmember New, duly seconded by Councilmember Clark, that Council Bill 18-0169 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: 18-0171 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at 4401 Josephine Street from E-TU-B to U-RH-3A in Council District 9. A motion offered by Councilmember New, duly seconded by Councilmember Clark, that Council Bill 18-0171 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Consent Items 18-0224 Amends a contract with Mundus Bishop Design, Inc. by adding $100,000 for a new total of $585,000 for on-call landscape planning and park design services for playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas, and other park amenities, citywide. No change to contract duration (201520472-01). Council Resolution 18-0226 was approved by consent. 18-0227 Amends a contract with Wenk Associates, Inc. by adding $100,000 for a new total of $585,000 for on-call landscape planning and park design services for playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas, and other park amenities, citywide (201520709-01). Council Resolution 18-0227 was approved by consent. 18-0232 Relinquishes a portion of the easements established in the First Creek Village Filing No 3 located near the intersection of 54th Avenue and Truckee Street in Council District 11. Council Bill 18-0232 was approved by consent. 18-0233 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as public alley located near the intersection of North Lowell Boulevard and West Conejos Place in Council District 3. Council Resolution 18-0233 was approved by consent. 18-0236 Amends a contract with Denver Inner City Parish, Inc. by adding one year for a new end date of 6-30-19 to occupy and provide public service activities and programs for the general public and surrounding community at the former College View Recreation Center located at 2525 South Decatur Street in Council District 7.
