18-0365 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property
located at 3880 Holly Street from I-MX-3 to I-A in
Council District 8.
A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember
Clark, that Council Bill 18-0365 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Clark, Flynn, Herndon, New
Nay: 0
18-0422 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property
located at 421 West 4th Avenue from U-RH-2.5 to
U-MX-2 in Council District 7.
A motion offered by Councilmember Clark, duly seconded by Councilmember
New, that Council Resolution 18-0422 be approved for filing. The motion carried
by the following vote:

18-0474 Amends the Denver Zoning Code by adding a
requirement for mailed notice to be delivered to
property owners within a 200-foot radius of a property
to be rezoned at the time the application is received and
at least 15 days before the Planning Board public hearing
on the rezoning.
A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember
New, that Council Bill 18-0474 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the
following vote:

18-0454 Dedicates City-owned land as South Santa Fe Drive near
the intersection of South Santa Fe Drive between West
Cedar Avenue and West Byers Place in Council District 7.
Council Resolution 18-0454 was approved by consent.
18-0455 Dedicates a parcel as public alley at the alley bounded
by West 17th Avenue, North Irving Street, West 18th
Avenue, and North Julian Street in Council District 3.
Council Resolution 18-0455 was approved by consent.
18-0471 Vacates the alley bounded by 32nd Street, 33rd Street,
Blake Street, and Walnut Street, with special
reservations, in Council District 9.

18-0472 Dedicates a parcel as public alley at the alley bounded
by South Broadway, West Louisiana Avenue, South

18-0473 Dedicates a parcel as West 38th Avenue at West 38th
Avenue between North Julian Street and North Irving
Street in Council District 1.
Council Resolution 18-0473 was approved by consent.
18-0480 Adds $1 million in City funds and $750,000 in Urban
Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) funds to an
intergovernmental agreement with UDFCD for a new
contract total of $1,950,000 to remove properties from
the regulated floodplain associated with the Marston
Lake North Drainageway Improvements Project from
South Garrison Street to the Eastern Limit of West
Stanford Avenue in Council District 2 (201313021).

18-0484 Approves a one-year $5,288,352 contract with PCL
Construction for construction services for the buildout of
the Northfield Fire Station at Central Park Boulevard and

deed with recordation number 9700016243 located at
