A motion offered by Councilmember Susman, duly seconded by Councilmember Herndon, that Council Bill 18-0394 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Susman, Clark, Herndon, New Nay: 1- Flynn Absent: 1- Espinoza 18-0424 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at approximately 9701 East 56th Avenue from M-RH-3 and OS-B to M-RX-5 in Council District 8.
