Minutes Land Use, Transportation & Infrastructure Committee Committee Members: Susman, Chair; Espinoza, Vice-Chair; Clark: Flynn; Herndon; New Committee Staff: Zach Rothmier Tuesday, May 15, 2018, 10:30 AM City & County Building, Room 391 Attendance Present: 5- Susman, Clark, Flynn, Herndon, New Absent: 1- Espinoza Action Items 18-0394 Vacates the alley bounded by Cedar Avenue, South Birch Street, and Leetsdale Drive with a partial special reservation in Council District 5. A motion offered by Councilmember Susman, duly seconded by Councilmember Herndon, that Council Bill 18-0394 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Susman, Clark, Herndon, New Nay: 1- Flynn Absent: 1- Espinoza 18-0424 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property located at approximately 9701 East 56th Avenue from M-RH-3 and OS-B to M-RX-5 in Council District 8. A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember New, that Council Bill 18-0424 be approved for filing. Council Resolution 18-0525 was approved by consent. 18-0526 Dedicates land as public right-of-way as 33rd Street and Festival Street near the intersection of 31st Street and Brighton Boulevard in Council District 9. Council Resolution 18-0526 was approved by consent. 18-0536 Dedicates land as public alley at the alley bounded by West 19th Avenue, North Hooker Street, West 20th Avenue, and North Irving Street in Council District 1. Council Resolution 18-0536 was approved by consent. 18-0537 Dedicates land as public alley at the alley bounded by West Colfax Avenue, North Utica Street, West 16th Avenue, and North Tennyson Street in Council District 1. Council Resolution 18-0537 was approved by consent. 18-0566 Relinquishes three separate easements held respectively in Ordinance No. 27 of Series 1951, Ordinance No. 183 of Series 1977, and Ordinance No. 418 of Series 1966 located at 390 Grant Street in Council District 7. Council Bill 18-0566 was approved by consent. 18-0567 Relinquishes the reservations established in the vacating Ordinance No. 339, Series of 2008 with Recordation Number 2008092309 located at 26th Avenue and Alcott Street in Council District 1.
