A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn, duly seconded by Councilmember Black, that Council Bill 19-0008 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Susman, Espinoza, Flynn, Herndon, Brooks, Black Nay: 0 19-0055 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property from E-SU-B to U-SU-B1, located at 4519 Pearl Street in Council District 9. A motion offered by Councilmember Black, duly seconded by Councilmember Espinoza, that Council Bill 19-0055 be approved for filing.
