A motion offered by Councilmember Brooks, duly seconded by Councilmember Herndon, that Council Bill 18-1543 be approved for filing. A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember Flynn, that Council Bill 19-0042 be approved for filing.
