17-0395 * Approves a concession use agreement with DIA Retail
Resolution Fashion, LLC for ten years and to receive $895,050 in
annual revenue to construct, maintain, and manage three
retail concessions spaces at Denver International Airport,
and also to satisfy a settlement and release of claims and
litigation involving the airport (201733877).
17-0397 * Approves a four-year contract with Aconex NA, Inc. in the
Resolution amount of $650,000 for cloud-based document
management services to support the level 5.5 project for
the checked baggage resolution area project and the Great
Hall project at Denver International Airport (201732904).

17-0390 * Amends a lease agreement with Running Creek Ranch, LLC
Resolution by adding three years for a new end date of 6-15-20 for the
purpose of allowing livestock to graze on city-owned land
near the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS) at Gun
Club Road and Hampden Avenue. There is no change to the
contract amount (ENVHL-201101017).

17-0407 * Approves a park use agreement with Downtown Denver
Resolution Events, Inc. for three years to operate food and beverage
concessions in Skyline Park in Council District 9 (PARKS
201733626).

17-0391 * Vacates the alley located at West 4th Avenue and Kalamath
Resolution Street, with reservations, in Council District 7.
17-0392 * Relinquishes certain easements conveyed in the Denver
Bill Connection West Filing No. 1 Subdivision, recorded on
08-12-16 with reception no. 2016106834, located along
Kittredge Street from Warner Drive to Elk Drive in Council
District 11.
17-0393 * Amends a contract with Deighton Associates, LTD by adding
Resolution $634,644 for a new total of $916,621 and one year for a
new end date of 12-31-17, for asset management
consulting services for city streets, including the collection
of distress data, a network analysis with recommendations
for a multi-year paving program, analysis of pedestrian
ramps and prioritization of rehabilitation of those ramps,
and other services citywide (201627262).
17-0394 * Approves a capital equipment expenditure for $1.1 million
Bill for the purchase of an asphalt crushing and screening
system to recycle existing materials for the production of
asphalt for street paving operations citywide (TBD).
17-0396 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Denver
Bill Board of Water Commissioners by adding $432,525.59 for a
new total of $1,577,675.41 for additional reimbursement to
the City to accommodate the installation of new domestic
waterlines and the relocation of a portion of conduit 61, as
part of the reconstruction of Broadway between Arizona
Avenue and Kentucky Avenue and the reconstruction of
Mississippi Avenue between Santa Fe Drive and Broadway,
in Council District 7 (201416527-01).
17-0402 * Approves a one-time capital equipment expenditure for
Bill $210,000 to procure 2 utility trucks for use in public works
manhole adjustment operations to adjust manhole castings
in conjunction with the street maintenance overlay program
on a yearly basis citywide (TBD).
17-0405 * Dedicates city-owned land as public right-of-way as Archer
Resolution Place, Lowry Boulevard, and South Pontiac Street located
near the intersection of Lowry Boulevard and South Quebec

Bill Vacating Ordinance No. 793, Series of 2002, located at
