Bill 24-508, Denver Revised Municipal Code regarding the hours
of operation of retail marijuana stores and medical
marijuana centers.
Allows retail marijuana stores to remain open until 10:00
pm.

17-0377 * Adds $300,000 and two years to the contract with Roland
Resolution Process Service & Investigations, LLC. for a new total of
$710,000 and end date of 11-30-19 to provide writs,
warrants, subpoenas, and other process services for legal

Bill located at 3505-3507 West 3rd Avenue and 332 Lowell

17-0368 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property
Bill located at 2880 West Holden Place, 1155 North Decatur
Street, 1201 North Decatur Street and 1101 North Decatur
Street, from PUD 487 to C-MX-5, in Council District 3.

Resolution Controls, Inc. for a new total of $720,000 for the remaining
term to replace traffic signal control heads citywide

17-0380 * Amends a loan agreement with Habitat for Humanity of
Resolution Metro Denver for Neighborhood Stabilization II Funds from
the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
by substituting one affordable housing covenant on a unit
located at 2668 South Decatur Street in Council District 7
for one located at 15136 East Andrews Drive in Council
District 11. No change to loan amount or duration
(OEDEV-GE1A008-02).

17-0376 * Grants a revocable permit to Sol. W. Kutler to encroach into
Resolution the right-of-way with a new ADA ramp, existing stairs and a
loading dock at 2590 Walnut Street in Council District 9.
17-0378 * Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as public
Resolution alley, located at the intersection of East Evans Avenue and
South Lafayette Street in Council District 6.
17-0379 * Approves an intergovernmental agreement with Urban
Bill Drainage and Flood Control District for $1,050,000 and until
three years after final payment to partially fund the final
design and construction of drainage and flood control
improvements for the Glenbrook Detention Basin in Council
District 2 (201733803).
17-0381 * Approves a license agreement to allow the Magellan Pipeline
Resolution Company to construct and operate pipeline facilities in
City-owned land in Stapleton north of 56th Avenue.
17-0383 * Amends a grant agreement with the Division of Homeland
Resolution Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) by adding
$6,172,369 for a new total of $6,172,370 for partial funding
for flood mitigation and infrastructure improvements of

southeast to the confluence of the South Platte River in

17-0384 * Approves a grant agreement with the State of Colorado and
Resolution the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency
Management (DHSEM) for $881,767 and for two years to
partially fund flood mitigation and infrastructure
improvements of Sanderson Gulch, located near South
Platte River Drive between West Florida Avenue and South
Jason Street in Council District 7 (201733801).
17-0385 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban
Bill Drainage and Flood Control District by adding $1 million for
a new total of $2.6 million to partially fund flood control
improvements along Sanderson Gulch from Lipan Street to
the South Platte River to reduce risk of flooding from 10,
25, 50 and 100-year storm events in Council District 7
(201523631).
