Resolution Services of the Archdiocese of Denver for full funding in the
amount of $1,537,637 and through 6-30-18 to provide
direct Head Start services to 224 children (MOEAI

17-0667 * Approves a contract with Clayton Early Learning for full
Resolution funding in the amount of $1,450,071 through 06-30-18 to
provide direct Head Start services to 236 children (MOEAI

17-0668 * Approves a contract with Mile High Early Learning Center
Resolution for full funding in the amount of $1,712,569 through
06-30-18 to provide direct Head Start services to 269

17-0669 * Approves a contract with School District Number One for full
Resolution funding in the amount of $1,752,809 through 06-30-18 to
provide direct Head Start services to 302 children (MOEAI

Resolution a new total amount of $98 million and seven months for a
new end date of 02-01-18, for continued airport security
services including traffic management, building security,

17-0677 * Approves an airport use and lease agreement with Jazz
Resolution Aviation LP for two years plus two additional one year
periods, and at a rate of $460,000 annual revenue to
operate and provide passenger flight service at Denver
International Airport (201733322).

17-0614 Amends Chapter 6, Chapter 24, and Chapter 32 of the
Bill Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC) to create a
marijuana transporter license and marijuana off-premises
storage license pursuant to recent additions to the Colorado
Retail Marijuana Code and the Colorado Medical Marijuana
Code.

17-0679 * Approves a capital equipment expenditure for $514,983.28
Bill for the purchase of Cisco hardware, software, and
configuration services from Lewan & Associates for a
backup solution for all files and applications running in the
City’s data centers citywide.
17-0681 Adds $11,216,373.91 to the lease with The Denver Post,
Resolution LLC., for a new total of $21,689,704.84 for an additional
46,823 square feet of office space for City workspace,
located on the 8th Floor of 101 West Colfax Avenue in
Council District 9 (2016626030-01).

17-0671 Approves a contract with Arbor E&T, LLC., doing business as
Resolution ResCare Workforce Solutions, for $2,985,000 and through
06-30-18 to support the delivery of Workforce Innovation &
Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated Worker
programs at locations throughout the city to increase
employment, job retention, earnings, career pathways, and
occupational skills of participants (OEDEV- 201735344).
17-0672 Approves a contract with Denver Public Schools District 1
Resolution (DPS) for $500,000 and for one year to administer the
Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) to provide
low-income youth with summer work experience and job
readiness training at various locations citywide
(OEDEV-201735301-00).
17-0673 Approves a contract with Arbor E&T, LLC., doing business as
Resolution ResCare Workforce Services, for $1,407,741 and through
06-30-18 for employment training, retention and placement
services for qualified Temporary Aid for Needy Families
(TANF) recipients deemed “job ready” by Denver Human
(OEDEV-201735347).

17-0650 * Amends a contract with BC Evergreen, LLC by adding one
Resolution year for a new end date of 01-15-24, modifying the
required concessionaire capital improvements, and updating
special event procedures for non-golf events for food and
beverage services to golfers and the public at the Evergreen
Golf Course clubhouse (201309937).

17-0629 Amends a funding and assignment agreement with the
Resolution Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) by adding
$1,000,000 for a new total amount of $10,932,000 and
expanding the scope of work to include the construction of
new restrooms and lobby area with ADA accessibility within
the Bonfils Complex facility in Council District 9.

Resolution located between 56th Avenue and 57th Avenue, and

17-0675 * Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as public
Resolution alley located near the intersection of West 20th Avenue and
North Grove Street in Council District 1.
17-0676 * Approves a six-month $2,833,403.97 contract with Lexicon,
Resolution Inc. for the renovation of water irrigation systems at
