Prohibits discrimination in the sale or rental of housing based on buyer’s or renter’s source of income. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-18-18. Public commenters included: Tawny Peyton, Jim Lorenzen, Charles Messick, Rocky Germano, Chris Lopez, Kim Helton, Mary Anne Thompson, Chaer Robert, Natalie Orrell, Chairman Seku, Aubrey Hasvold and Luis Guigon.
