A motion offered by Councilmember Ortega, duly seconded by Councilmember Kniech, that Council Bill 18-0766 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Ortega, Gilmore, Kniech, López, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Espinoza 18-0767 Approves a one year $4,308,794 contract with the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center for Addiction Research and Treatment programing for residential and non-residential community corrections services (2018-42070). A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Ortega, that Council Resolution 18-0767 be approved for filing. A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Ortega, that Council Resolution 18-0769 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Ortega, Gilmore, Kniech, López, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Espinoza 18-0770 Approves a one-year $2,766,744 contract with RRK Enterprises Inc., doing business as Independence House, for community corrections services (2018-42071). A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Ortega, that Council Resolution 18-0770 be approved for filing carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Ortega, Gilmore, Kniech, López, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Espinoza Consent Items 18-0798 Amends a contract with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) for HCPF’s County Medicaid Incentive Program Agreement allowing Denver Human Services to earn financial incentives up to $985,660.42 for the current state fiscal year based upon meeting specific program outcomes per the agreement (SOCSV2014-19599-04). Council Resolution 18-0798 was approved by consent. Council Resolution 18-0801 was approved by consent. 18-0802 Approves an agreement with Curtis Park Group LLC, Root Residential LLC, and US Bank N.A. to create an escrow agreement for $3,596,953.08 to create 14 affordable multi-bedroom units located at 2642-2658 Arapahoe Street to satisfy the affordable housing requirements imposed for the S*Park development at 2500 and 2600 Arapahoe Street in Council District 9 (FINAN-201843335-00).
