The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Ortega, Gilmore, Kniech, López, New Nay: 0 18-1446 Amends a revenue contract with the Keefe Commissary Network, LLC by adding $1,100,000 for a new total of $7.3 million and two years for a new end date of 12-31-20 to provide commissary services and accounting software for inmate accounts at the County Jail and Downtown Detention Center (RC63008). Council Resolution 18-1446 was approved by consent 18-1462 Amends a loan agreement with Gorman & Company by revising the allocation of required HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) units within the property to eliminate an overlap between those designated by the city and the State of Colorado Division of Housing, for the construction of 91 units of income-restricted rental housing at 5120 North City and County of Denver Page 1 Printed on 12/12/2018 Minutes Safety, Housing, Education & Homelessness Committee Wednesday, December 12, 2018 Broadway in Council District 9.
