A motion offered by Councilmember Ortega, duly seconded by Councilmember Kniech, that Council Bill 18-1501 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Kashmann, Ortega, Gilmore, Kniech, López, New, Clark Nay: 0 18-1502 Approves the Program Documents, authorizes the appointment of a Master Servicer, Custodian, Administrator, Program Monitor and Program Advisor, allocates funds for down payment assistance and delegates the power to take all such actions as are necessary or appropriate to continue the city’s sponsorship of the Metro Mortgage Assistance Plus Program, citywide. A motion offered by Councilmember Ortega, duly seconded by Councilmember Kniech, that Council Bill 18-1502 be approved for filing.
