A motion offered by Councilmember Ortega, duly seconded by Councilmember Gilmore, that Council Resolution 19-0036 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Ortega, Gilmore, Kniech, López, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- New Consent Items 19-0044 A resolution approving the City Council appointment of Glenn Harper to the Denver Great Kids Head Start Policy Council. A resolution approving the City Council appointment of Glenn Harper to the Denver Great Kids Head Start Policy Council for a term effective immediately and expiring February 1, 2020, or until a successor is duly appointed.
