A motion offered that Council Resolution 20-0160 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Torres, Sandoval, Kniech, Flynn, Sawyer Nay: 0 20-0177 Amends a contract with Mental Health Center of Denver by adding $468,200 for a new total of $897,384 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-20 for services for Denver’s Wellness Court, a voluntary program for individuals who have a mental health or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder diagnosis who have been charged with municipal-level offenses in Denver (ENVHL - 201952895-01). A motion offered that Council Resolution 20-0177 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Torres, Sandoval, Kniech, Flynn, Sawyer Nay: 0 20-0178 Amends a contract with National Medical Services, Inc. by adding $150,000 for a new total of $634,649 and adding a toxicology test for laboratory services to the Medical Examiner, citywide. No changes to contract duration (ENVHL - 201626890-02).
