210654 Amending Chapter 2, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Section 2-2024,
Conflict of interest annual report, and enacting in lieu thereof a new
section of like number and subject matter, in order for the City to meet the
requirements of Missouri Revised Statutes Section 105.485.4, allowing
the City to establish its own method of disclosing potential conflicts of
interest, and directing the City Clerk to file a copy of this ordinance with
the Missouri Ethics Commission within ten days of passage of this
ordinance.

predetermination hearing.

210593 Providing for submission to the qualified voters of the City for their
approval at an election called for November 2, 2021, the question of
authorizing the issuance and sale of negotiable interest bearing sanitary
sewer revenue bonds of the City in the principal amount of
$1,000,000,000.00 for the purpose of rehabilitating, improving and
extending the sanitary sewer system of the City in order to provide for its
continuing operation and to maintain compliance with federal, state and
judicial requirements; directing the City Clerk to notify the responsible
election authorities of this election; declaring the City’s intention to set
rates; declaring the City’s intention to reimburse itself from bond proceeds
for bond related expenditures, and recognizing this ordinance to have an

committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification
Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the
