Waiver 3
A motion was made by Committee member Blake and seconded by Peterson,
that Waiver 3, chapter 5.6.1.C.1 of the Land Development Code to provide less
than the required 50% clear windows and doors on the Southern Heights
building facade be APPROVED. The motion carried unanimously.

Waiver 4
A motion was made by Committee member Blake, seconded by Peterson that
Waiver 4, chapter 10.2.10 of the Land Development Code to eliminate the
required 5 foot VUA LBA and associated plantings along Southern Heights and
waive a portion of the required 5 foot VUA LBA and associated plantings along
South Third Street be APPROVED. The motion carried unanimously.
RDDP and Amenement to Binding Elements
A motion was made by Committee member Blake, seconded by Peterson that
the RDDDP and amendments to the Binding Elements be APPROVED. The
motion carried unanimously.
