The motion carried unanimously. Louisville Metro Government Page 3 Development Review Committee Action Summary October 1, 2014 Waiver 4 A motion was made by Committee member Blake, seconded by Peterson that Waiver 4, chapter 10.2.10 of the Land Development Code to eliminate the required 5 foot VUA LBA and associated plantings along Southern Heights and waive a portion of the required 5 foot VUA LBA and associated plantings along South Third Street be APPROVED. The motion carried unanimously. RDDP and Amenement to Binding Elements A motion was made by Committee member Blake, seconded by Peterson that the RDDDP and amendments to the Binding Elements be APPROVED.
