members and non-members of the Committee that were present. A quorum
was established.

Benson, that this Ordinance be untabled. Without objection the Ordinance
was Untabled.
Bonifacio Aleman, Executive Director for Jobs for Justice, and McKenzie
Contrell, Attorney for Kentucky Equal Justice Center, spoke in favor of the
Ordinance.
Kent Oyler, President and CEO of Greater Louisville, Inc., and Cherrie Weber,
Mesa Foods, spoke against the Ordinance.
Without objection this Ordinance was Tabled.
