Without objection the Ordinance was Untabled. CM Fleming explained his rationale for requesting a Financial Impact Statement of this Ordinance. John Sheller, Attorney, spoke against the legality of this Ordinance and McKenzie Cantrell, Attorney, spoke in favor of this Ordinance. Without objection the Ordinance was Tabled. Chair Person Tandy stated the schedule for this Ordinance is as follows: After Thanksgiving Break, This Ordinance will be discussed at the Committee Meeting on Dec 4, 2014. Any amendments should be filed before the December 4, 2014 Committee meeting. A vote is to be taken on the ordinance at the December 4, 2014 Committee Meeting to send it to the full Council for a vote on December 11, 2014.
