Call to Order
Chair Person Tandy called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and introduced the
members and non-members of the Committee that were present. A quorum
was established.

Metro Council.
A motion to amend by adding "or its affiliates thereof" after Churchill Downs
Incorporated on Page 2 was made by Chair Person Tandy, seconded by
Council Member Butler. The motion carried by a voice vote and the
amendment passed.
The motion that this Resolution be recommended for approval by the Metro
Council carried by a voice vote and the Resolution as amended was sent to
Old Business.
