Without objection this Ordinance was untabled. A motion was made by Council Member Fleming, seconded by Vice Chair Benson, that this Ordinance be amended. MARKET STREET AND OWNED BY LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“METRO GOVERNMENT”) AS SURPLUS AND NOT NEEDED FOR A GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING ITS TRANSFER. (Action Required By: May 2015. Reintroduced 5-14-15 / Action Required By: November 2015).
