Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. and introduced the
members and non-members that were present. A quorum was established.

The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent
Calendar.

LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AND LOUISVILLE
PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION, LOCAL UNION 345, IAFF
AFL-CIO-CLC FOR AND ON BEHALF OF MAJORS IN THE LOUISVILLE FIRE
DEPARTMENT. (Action Required By: January 2016)
