Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

Hollander, that this Resolution be recommended for approval.
Catherine Woods, Louisville Forward, spoke to the item.
A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Council Member
Hollander to amend 1% to "0.5%" and the average salary $31,000 to "$28,000".
The motion carried by a voice vote. The amendment passed.
