The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Blake, White, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Turner, and Tomes Absent: 2- Proffitt, and Peterson Approval of Variance #1 A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Jarboe, to approve Variance #1 from 5.3.1.C.5 to permit the building on Tract 1 to exceed the maximum 80-foot setback. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Blake, White, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Turner, and Tomes Absent: 2- Proffitt, and Peterson Approval of Variance #2 A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Tomes, to approve Variance #2 from 5.3.1.C.5 to allow pavement and parking within the 30-foot setback along the north property line of Tract 2.
