The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Blake, Proffitt, White, Jarboe, Turner, and Tomes No: 2- Brown, and Kirchdorfer Absent: 1- Peterson Public Hearing Louisville Metro Government Page 1 Planning Commission Action Summary - Final June 5, 2014 2. 16777 Request: Change in zoning from PEC (Planned Employment Center) to C-2 (Commercial) and building façade Waivers Project Name: Blankenbaker Station I- Tract 3 Location: 12400 Sycamore Station Place Owner: Pinnacle Partners LLC and TSF Properties LLC Applicant: Pinnacle Partners LLC and TSF Properties LLC Representative: Mindel Scott and Associates; Bardenwerper Talbott and Roberts Jurisdiction: Louisville Metro Council District: 20- Stuart Benson Case Manager: Julia Williams, AICP, Planner II Approval of the requested rezoning from PEC (Planned Employment Center) to C-2 Commercial. A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Jarboe, to approve the requested rezoning from PEC (Planned Employment Center) to C-2 Commercial. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Blake, Proffitt, White, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Turner, and Tomes Absent: 1- Peterson Approval of the requested Waivers. A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Vice Chair Proffitt, to approve both requested Waivers. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- Blake, Proffitt, White, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Turner, and Tomes Absent: 1- Peterson Approval of the requested General and Detailed Development Plans. A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Vice Chair Proffitt, to approve the General and Detailed Development Plans. Williams Trust Fund and Clara Jo Zehnder Applicant: NTI Investments LLC Representative: Mindel Scott and Associates; Bardenwerper Talbott and Roberts Jurisdiction: City of Middletown Council District: 20- Stuart Benson Case Manager: Julia Williams, AICP, Planner II Reccommendation of requested zoning change to the City of Middletown. A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Turner, that the requested zoning change be recommended for approval to the City of Middletown. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Blake, White, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Turner, and Tomes Absent: 2- Proffitt, and Peterson Approval of Variance #1 A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Jarboe, to approve Variance #1 from 5.3.1.C.5 to permit the building on Tract 1 to exceed the maximum 80-foot setback. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Blake, White, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Turner, and Tomes Absent: 2- Proffitt, and Peterson Approval of Variance #2 A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Tomes, to approve Variance #2 from 5.3.1.C.5 to allow pavement and parking within the 30-foot setback along the north property line of Tract 2. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Blake, White, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Turner, and Tomes Absent: 2- Proffitt, and Peterson Approval of the General and Detailed District Development plans. A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Tomes, to approve the General and Detailed District Development plans. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Blake, White, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Turner, and Tomes Absent: 2- Proffitt, and Peterson Louisville Metro Government Page 3 Planning Commission Action Summary - Final June 5, 2014 4.
