R-201-14 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE NATIONAL RESPONSE PLAN AND THE NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE-5 (HSPD-5) THAT REQUIRES CERTAIN REVISIONS AND AMENDMENTS BE INCORPORATED WITHIN LOUISVILLE METRO GOVERNMENT. (Action Required By: March 2015) Sponsors:James Peden (R-23) Attachments: RES 099 2014 A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Council Member Flood, that this Resolution be recommended for approval by the Metro Council. Sponsors:David James (D-6), Kevin Kramer (R-11) and Jim King (D-10) A motion was made by Vice Chair Yates and seconded by Council Member James, that this Ordinance be recommended for approved by the Metro Council. A motion was made by Vice Chair Yates and seconded by Council Member James to table this Ordinance. By a voice vote, the motion carried and the Ordinance was Tabled.
