R-044-15 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT $16,000 FROM THE AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS (ASPCA) FOR PAYROLL SUPPORT TO BE ADMINISTERED BY METRO ANIMAL SERVICES.
