Also in attendance: Kathy Brengosz, Fiscal Planning Specialist 1. Review and approval of the minutes of the March 24, 2011 meeting. Minutes were approved as written. 2. Presentations given by the following City departments on their proposed 2012 Capital Improvements budget requests: Dennis Yaccarino gave an overview of the effect of the state's proposed budget on the city. Department of Administration-Information & Technology Management Division- Nancy Olson, Chief Information Officer Ms. Olson discussed the department’s 2012 Capital Budget requests (please see the document "DOA-ITMD 2012 Capital Budget Request" attached to Common Council File 101154). Department of City Development- Rocky Marcoux, Commissioner Martha Brown, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Marcoux gave a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the department’s 2012 Capital Budget requests, including Healthy Neighborhoods, the BID Loan Fund and the Development Fund (please see the documents "DCD 2012 Capital Budget Request" and "DCD Capital Budget Presentation" attached to Common Council File 101154). City of Milwaukee Page 1 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS Meeting Minutes April 14, 2011 COMMITTEE Port of Milwaukee- Eric Reinelt, Director Larry Sullivan, Harbor Engineer Hattie Billingsley, Finance Officer Mr. Reinelt gave a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the department’s capital budget requests for Dockwall and Breakwater Rehabilitation, Pier, Berth and Channel Improvements, a Confined Disposal Facility and Port Security (please see the documents “Port of Milwaukee 2012 Capital Budget Request” and "Port of Milwaukee Capital Budget Presentation" attached to Common Council File 101154). Municipal Court- Kristine Hinrichs, Court Administrator Jane Tabasca, Network Manager Ms. Hinrichs discussed the department’s capital budget requests for Datacenter Air Conditioning Unit Replacement and a new Panic Alarm System (please see the document "Municipal Court 2012 Capital Budget Request" attached to Common Council File 101154). Department of Neighborhood Services- Art Dahlberg, Commissioner Thomas Mishefske, Operations Manager Mr. Dahlberg discussed the department’s 2012 Capital Budget requests, including Neighborhood Services System replacement and the DNS Tower Conference Room (please see the document "DNS 2012 Capital Budget Request" attached to Common Council File 101154). Health Department- Yvette Rowe, Business Operations Bob McCann, Buildings and Grounds-HVAC Supervisor Ms. Rowe discussed the department’s 2012 Capital Budget requests for the Data Repository and Health Facilities Capital Projects, (please see the document "Health Department 2012 Capital Budget Request" attached to Common Council File 101154).
